#workout – Be You’re self!

Finally I feel that I have found my motivation back and some of my strength. This fall I’m gonna focus a lot on getting stronger and healthier in my life. With a good workout balance combined with healthier meals. Today I’m focusing on my legs and butt at the gym, a real killer session is waiting for me. I also intend to bring some new elements to my weekly workout routine this fall. Barre and hot yoga are two strong candidates that I’m gonna try out, I let you guys know how it goes.

I don’t workout to look a certain way I workout to feel a certain way. I think to many young women workout for the wrong reasons today. You should do it cause you enjoy it and cause it makes you fell good about yourself and in your body. I have been working out my hole life starting of with swimming, tennis, handball and in my older days yoga has been my main workout metod combined with weight lifting. But you shouldn’t be afraid to try something new and that is out of you’re comfort zone. It is kinda nice to feel like a rookie at something sometimes in your life.
