Back on track again with them squats

I’ve finally started to work out again and I couldn’t be happier. My husband kind a kicked me out of the comfort zone and has jumped started me with workout sessions during the vacation. But now it’s back to work and I am on my one at the gym again.
Yoga is my main workout but since my hips don’t really work anymore since the heavy pregnancy I want to try something else so I have checked out barre as a workout form. It reminds me a lot of ballet beautiful witch I already do so I’m gonna drag my friend Camilla with me and try it out. So later when my hips have healed I can combine barre and ashtanga yoga.
